ARE YOU SUITABLE FOR THIS POSITION?
- Worked in a call centre in a telephone-based Customer Service position.
- Previously worked in an insolvency practice/debt advice/PPI – desired but not essential.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced office and customer-focused environment.
- Interpersonal skills as you are engaging with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to inform customers of solutions on offer in an empathetic way.
- Excellent telephone skills and a friendly attitude.
- Good administrative skills.
- Flexibility in terms of hours of work.
- The ability to start ASAP in a permanent position with great career prospects.
